With a full rooftop solar array, passive heatsink technology in the great room to heat the home on cool days (and electric heat in each room for winter stays), This mid-century modern house now has AC throughout. The kitchen features granite counters, dishwasher, electric drip and Keurig coffee makers and electric oven, and it is fully equipped with everything you need to cook all of your meals and enjoy them at home. Ten-minute walk to the beach on path neighboring the golf course. Ten-minute drive to downtown Oak Bluffs. Five bikes and 8 beach chairs with 2 umbrellas available for your use (in the garage).
Martha’s Vineyard is accessed via a Ferry Boat for which you need to make a reservation through The Steamship Authority if you wish to bring your own vehicle.
Guests have access to the entire house and private heated pool. Tennis courts and golf club are just down the street
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Guests shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No Smoking. There is driveway parking available for 3 vehicles. All trash must be in bags and placed in bins in the garage. No loose trash please! All recycling should be separated by cardboard/glass & plastic/metals and placed in bins in the garage. Do not damage the grass / lawn. No moving of furniture, indoor or outdoor. Any violations of these will result in charges against your security deposit. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
